INGREDIENTS: Gluten Free Flour (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), Dairy Free Buttery Spread (Vegetable Oil Blend {Canola Oil, Safflower Oil, Flaxseed Oil}, Palm Oil, Water, Less than 2% of Salt, Natural Flavor, Pea Protein Isolate, Sunflower Lecithin, Olive Oil, Lactic Acid, Annatto Extract {Color}), Sugar, Molasses, Ginger Root, Turmeric Root, Water, Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), Cinnamon, Cloves, Sea Salt.
Tea Extract and Cookies Bites are manufactured in a facility, and on shared equipment, that processes, or may use, one or more of the following: eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, soy, milk, or wheat.
Texas Cottage Food Production
All batches of the Tea Extract are produced in a commercial kitchen, as well as almost all of the batches of the Cookie Bites. However, some batches of the Cookie Bites may be produced in Texas under the Texas Cottage Food Production Operation law. For these batches of Cookie Bites, the following notice is applicable:

This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
These batches are only made in Texas, and will be personally delivered to customers in the Austin and Marble Falls areas, only.
